In celebration of Immigrant Heritage Month and World Refugee Day, Richmond’s Office of Immigrant and Refugee Engagement, Henrico County’s Outreach & Engagement Agency, and ReEstablish Richmond are partnering to host this year’s Multicultural Festival: Imagine 2026.
