Ellie Day 2026: Community Wellness Open House & Resource Fair

Join Ellie Mental Health – West End for Ellie Day 2026: Community Wellness Open House & Resource Fair! This free community event is focused on wellness, connection, and resource-building. Attendees can connect with our outpatient therapy team, participate in interactive wellness activities, visit the Ask a Therapist and Vibe Check stations, enjoy a mindfulness moment led by our clinicians, and receive complimentary 15-minute chair massages. Refreshments will also be available, along with a free 90-minute massage raffle. We look forward to connecting with the community and highlighting the services and resources available at Ellie Mental Health.

NextUp RVA is a nonprofit organization helping youth discover their talents and build positive relationships. It does this by managing a strong system of accessible out-of-school time programs delivered in schools and across the city. When youth participate in quality out-of-school time programs, they learn new skills, find out what they are good at, gain confidence and are engaged learners.
